returns & refund policy

Thank you for being part of the BAS3LINE community! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund only.

RETURNS
​

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new, undamaged, and unused condition with its original packaging, cover and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
​

To initiate the process, please email us on contact@bas3line.com with proof of purchase and stating the reason for your refund. If agreed, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and send to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked option to return your item.

 
REFUNDS
​

After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

 
EXCEPTIONS
​

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Damaged or used items

  • Have initiated the return after the 14-day period
