Wesley is a highly regarded London-based physiotherapist specialising in racket sports with over 15 years of experience dealing with sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

After graduating from Bournemouth University, Wesley began his career in the NHS where he developed his foundational skills and passion for patient-centred care. Wesley deepened his expertise during his tenure at Watford Football Club, where he focused on treating elite athletes and addressing sports-related injuries.

In 2012, Wesley founded Physio Vita, a private physiotherapy practice, based at The Queen’s Club in London, one of the world’s leading racket sports clubs with lawn tennis, rackets, squash, real tennis and padel facilities. The practice specialises in treating racket sports-related injuries.

Recognising an increase in injuries related to padel, Wesley founded Bas3line Padel, a UK based start-up Padel racket brand, focusing on designing, manufacturing and retailing padel rackets that help to help minimise the risk of injuries.

Domenico is an experienced commercial operator with a 30-year career spanning FMCG, infant nutrition, and sports goods. He has held senior roles in sales, marketing, and general management at Unilever, Danone, and Amer Sports, where he was the Managing Director responsible for iconic brands such as Arc’teryx, Salomon, and Wilson across the UK and the Netherlands.

As a sports enthusiast, Domenico combines his business expertise with a passion for skiing and racket sports. After discovering padel on holiday in Oman, he recognised the sport’s potential in the UK and joined forces as a Co-founder with Wesley Teixeira and Richard Henman to bring his sales, marketing, and commercial skills to BAS3LINE.

As Head of Strategy at BAS3LINE, Domenico leverages his knowledge of the UK sporting goods market to drive the brand’s growth and success.

We are building a great network of players, ambassadors and coaches who have helped us all the way through the racket development process. We believe that no amount of laboratory testing can replace the experience of actually playing with the rackets. The testing team has been invaluable in fine-tuning the launch range as we went from prototypes to numerous samples to our first 3 Hollowbridge™ rackets.
